FRAUD MANAGEMENT

Our fraud management investigators deal with variants of fraud, specifically concentrating on investigations where notable indiscretions have been detected and there is a need for a thorough overhaul and assessment of the financial management system.

Due to workload and other priorities, Police are often unable or unwilling to give immediate assistance in the investigation of this type of crime. Our team is experienced in the factual investigations of fraud matters and is able to prepare briefs of evidence which will be accepted in a court of law. In most cases our team is able to gather sufficient evidence to enable Police to effect an arrest and to prosecute an offender. We are also able to facilitate on behalf of our clients the negotiation for repayment of funds or property stolen by an offender.

Importantly, our investigation at all times considers potential outcomes and gives consideration to prevention strategies, so that similar incidents of fraud will be guarded against; either by mitigation or by the expeditious identification of an attempted fraud.
