In order to undertake a successful infrastructure installation it is important to clearly understand the user requirements. IPP Consulting ensures that key stakeholders are identified early in the project to workshop and capture these business requirements. A requirements brief is prepared and signed off prior to detailed design, providing the basis for IPP to prepare RFP, RFQ or tender documentation. If required IPP can manage the tender and procurement process end to end. Once the vendor is appointed, project management services can be leveraged to ensure the successful end to end delivery is achieved.

With core strengths in infrastructure project management, we can facilitate projects of varied size and complexity from small system implementations to large scale data centre implementations and migrations. IPP has previously facilitated the implementation of data centres facilities, network and server infrastructure, storage networks and MAN/WAN infrastructure.

A recent $16M project managed by IPP involved managing the deployment of 2000 new hand held devices for a national freighting company. This project included the management of software development for hand held devices, backend systems and establishing message brokering between existing systems.
