Case Study

The state Police required security standardisation of their two major sites in the CBD. Both sites had disparate systems that could not communicate together and were supplied by two different organisations. IPP delivered a design which enabled the client to link both sites onto a common platform improving their efficiency in card holder management and alarm management whilst providing them with future proof technology to build on. IPP’s expertise as Project Manager’s also enable us to control all aspects of delivery, invoicing, milestone and stakeholder management to a successful end.
