This large insurance company based in New South Wales engaged IPP Consulting to provide technical consultancy and project management expertise to consolidate multiple call centres, and relocate their support staff, into a new fitout in Parramatta.

In addition to achieving a seamless transition without any interruption to customer access, the new facility required innovative approaches to data and voice delivery on a floorplate of over 5,000m2.  As part of the project, IPP Consulting designed and project managed the fitout of a new 200m2 computer room for the site.
