The newly completed Salesforce Tower is a bold addition to Sydney’s Circular Quay, standing tall as the city’s highest commercial building with sweeping views across the harbour.
Designed to impress inside and out, the tower reflects Salesforce’s global reputation for innovation and excellence. To bring its new workplace to life, Salesforce sought a trusted local partner to deliver a secure, high-performing environment that met its rigorous global standards in AV, security and communications.
With teams spread across Australia, the US and beyond, the project demanded tight coordination across time zones, and total alignment with Salesforce’s global benchmarks. Procuring approved materials locally posed challenges, but IPP stepped up, sourcing suitable alternatives without compromising quality. Every element of the build was executed with precision and care.
A global leader in cloud software, Salesforce is renowned for creating inclusive, collaborative workplaces that elevate employee experience. Their offices feature zones for work, connection and community, with signature “Ohana Floors” that bring people together. The Sydney Tower fitout embraced this spirit with premium, tech-enabled spaces built for flexibility, productivity and human connection.
Involvement
IPP was engaged across four key roles: AV consultant for employee floors, ICT consultant, security consultant and project manager across the full fitout. Our team led the design handover from Salesforce’s global partners and managed the detailed design, delivery and commissioning of all workplace technology.
Using a collaborative, solution-focused approach, IPP kept local and international stakeholders engaged from start to finish. Feedback was key to ensuring seamless integration and alignment with global standards.
