The story began in 1986 out of a desire to challenge conventional methods of thinking and embrace change within a constantly evolving world. For over three decades, IPP has been collaborating with government and leading global organisations to deliver innovation and expertise. Our collaborative co-design process offers clients the ability to select relevant services and solutions to ensure project completion exceeds expectations and challenges preconceptions of how things should be.

Short Term Engagement
Strategy
Strategy is about making choices to guide decisions and actions, framing the direction often in complex or competitive environments.
Concept
Concept is where we start to paint a picture of what the end vision could look like. Building on the strategy, we investigate and engineer concepts, testing the vision paved out in the strategy.
Design
Design is about translating client requirements, technical constraints, and practical considerations into functional, secure, and efficient systems.
We coordinate and collaborate with multiple disciplines to develop a resilient ultimate solution.
Long Term Engagement
Implementation
During implementation, we develop detailed technology delivery plans and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and integrators. We manage the process end-to-end to ensure the objectives defined in the strategy and design phases are achieved.
Operational Readiness
During operational readiness, we design and establish the processes and procedures required to support ongoing operations. Our role is to ensure that the transition from delivery to day‑to‑day management is seamless.
