AVIVE Health is a private hospital and service provider focused entirely on mental health. It offers private mental health hospitals, outpatient consulting suites and day programs using the latest therapies, treatment and technologies to help deliver the best experience and achieve the best outcomes for their patients.
AVIVE Health believes that a patient’s journey in hospital is one chapter of a longer journey of therapy, treatment, recovery and growth. Its vision is to divert the focus from just purely services to a patient-centred, value-based care model that actively measures patient recovery rates and the overall long-term success of treatments, through the use of data-driven information.
AVIVE Health approached IPP to develop a comprehensive design and solution for its clinical technology systems, with the additional goal of improving the overall user experience for both clinicians and patients within its mental health facilities.
Innvolvement
- Design of the physical network;
- Designing the specifications for AVIVE’s Security and AV;
- Carrier installation;
- Source a provider for Identity Access Management (IAM);
- Source a provider for Network, Desktop Service and Cyber security support;
- Manage the full vendor lifecycle – from sourcing and evaluation of possible providers, through to onboarding and implementation of the new service.
- IPP took a human-centred design approach to align solutions with the key needs of AVIVE’s stakeholders. By using Personas and User Journeys, AVIVE developed a strong understanding of how technology would fit into stakeholders’ everyday lives.
